Creation Steppers Youth Development Initiative
Creation Steppers is established to achieve the following strategic objectives that drive our mission:
Promote child rights, education, and healthy development for all young people.
Promote hygiene, sanitation, and HIV/AIDS prevention through life skills training.
Advocate for girl child human rights and provide capacity building for vulnerable youth.
Build self-reliance through job creation projects and sustainable socio-economic development.
Preserve the environment through tree planting and promote environmental conservation.
Promote civic education, good governance, and peace reconciliation in our communities.
Partnerships: Collaborate with international bodies, governments, and organizations to advance our mission.
Resources: Accept donations, grants, subscriptions, and support from all sources to fund our programs.
Awareness: Conduct public campaigns, publications, and outreach to promote our objectives.
Development: Acquire property, construct facilities, and employ experts to support our operations.

Started as Creation Steppers Music Empire to use art for community transformation.
Introduced drama and dance projects addressing social issues like FGM and early marriages.
Became Creation Steppers Youth Development Initiative (CSYDI) — expanding to skills training and advocacy.
Launched new projects focusing on innovation, digital skills, and sustainability across Uganda.
Established a dedicated music studio to strengthen youth talent development while advancing HIV/AIDS awareness, back-to-school initiatives, and campaigns against early child marriage and FGM — reinforcing our roots in music and drama.
Strengthened the flagship Annual River Carnival, creating a platform for youth from diverse communities to socialize, learn from one another, and engage in edutainment aligned with our organizational objectives.
Launched multi-location excursions to enable youth to explore diverse skills, develop talents, and gain experiential learning opportunities beyond their home communities.
